The Arzner Cinema: Cinema in the Square

A Queer Summer Spectacle in Bermondsey Square

This August bank holiday weekend, London’s only LGBTQ+ cinema, The Arzner, is stepping out of the dark and into the sunshine with its first-ever outdoor film festival: Cinema in the Square. From 23rd to 25th August, Bermondsey Square will transform into a vibrant open-air cinema, celebrating queer joy, community, and storytelling under the summer sky.

Whether you’re chasing nostalgia with family favourites, belting out tunes to iconic musicals, or diving into powerful queer narratives, this three-day event promises something for everyone.
